What do I get for free?
You can clean 3 videos a day for free, without an account or a card, at up to 1080p. Nothing is added to your video. A video is counted when you press Remove watermark, not when you preview it.
What does Pro add?
Pro removes the daily limit, unlocks 4K (2160p) videos, up to three boxes per video and a queue for several files, with the original audio kept.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. Every video is processed on your own device, in your browser. The file never reaches our servers, on the free plan or on Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sign in, open Settings → Billing and press Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription on the Stripe page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
How do I pay, and how do I get help?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe with all major cards. For any question or refund request, email support@freevideowatermarkremover.com; refunds are handled case by case.
