Short answer
To remove a Seedance watermark: open the clip here, keep the Seedance 2.0 / Dreamina preset (a box on the bottom-right corner), scrub through the video to make sure the mark stays inside the box, and press Remove watermark. Each frame’s boxed area is rebuilt from the pixels around it, in your browser, and you download an MP4 with the original audio. If you pay for a plan that offers watermark-free downloads, re-downloading from Seedance or Dreamina is always the cleanest option.
Seedance 2.0 / Dreamina
Starts on the bottom-right corner, where Seedance and Dreamina exports carry their mark.
Where the Seedance mark sits
Seedance 2.0 clips come in several shapes, and the corner mark scales with the frame. The preset picks a starting box from your video’s shape as soon as it opens. These are starting points, not measurements of every export: apps move and resize their badges, so always check the box on your own clip.
| Clip shape | Typical sizes | Preset box (share of the frame) |
|---|---|---|
| 16:9 landscape | 1280×720, 1920×1080 | Bottom-right, about 18% wide × 9% tall |
| 9:16 portrait | 720×1280, 1080×1920 | Bottom-right, about 33% wide × 6% tall |
| 1:1 square | 1024×1024, 1080×1080 | Bottom-right, about 24% wide × 8% tall |

Watermark-free download vs cleaning
- Paid download without a mark: if your plan includes it, this gives the true pixels under the corner. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to check.
- Cleaning here: for clips you already downloaded with the mark, or made on a free plan. The boxed area is filled in from its surroundings, so the result is a smooth patch that matches the colours around it, not the original hidden detail.
- Where it works best: skies, walls, water, soft backgrounds and slow camera moves, which is where most corner marks land.
- Where to expect a visible patch: busy text, faces or fast detailed motion passing right through the corner. Making the box tighter helps.

How to clean a Seedance 2.0 clip
- Download the clip from Seedance or Dreamina as MP4 (MOV and WebM also open).
- Drop it into the tool above. Nothing is uploaded; the preview is read by your browser.
- Keep the Seedance 2.0 / Dreamina preset, or switch to Custom and drag a box yourself.
- Scrub with the slider. If the mark pokes out, drag the box or pull its corner dot to resize.
- Press Remove watermark, compare the enlarged before/after corner, then download.

What stays exactly the same
Only pixels inside your boxes change. Everything outside them is copied from the decoded frame unchanged, and the AAC audio track is copied across sample for sample, without re-encoding. The video itself is re-encoded to H.264 MP4 at a bitrate a little above the source, so it plays everywhere.

Questions
Is this Seedance watermark remover really free?
Yes. You can clean 3 videos a day for free, up to 1080p, with no account and no card, and nothing is added to the result. Pro ($5.99 a month) removes the daily limit and adds 4K and queues.
Does it work with Dreamina exports too?
Yes. Dreamina and Seedance clips are ordinary MP4 files, and the same preset applies. If the mark on your export sits elsewhere, drag the box to it.
Will my Seedance video be uploaded?
No. The video is decoded, cleaned and re-encoded by WebCodecs in your browser. The site only counts how many free exports you used today. You can check this in your browser’s Network tab: see how to verify.
My 9:16 clip has the mark in a different place. What now?
Drag the box onto the mark and resize it from the corner dot. Boxes are stored as fractions of the frame, so the same position works on every frame of the clip.
Can it recover what was under the watermark?
No tool can see under a solid mark. The area is rebuilt from the pixels around it, which looks natural on skies, water and soft backgrounds, and can look smoothed on fine detail.
Does it keep the original sound?
Yes for MP4 and MOV files with AAC audio, which is what AI video generators export. The audio samples are copied untouched. WebM files are cleaned without audio.
Your rights, your call
Only clean videos you made yourself or have the rights to edit. Removing a visible mark does not change who owns a clip, what the generator’s terms allow, or a platform’s rules about labelling AI-generated content.

Other presets
Each preset puts its starting boxes where that app’s mark usually sits, for 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 clips. Every box can be dragged and resized before you clean.
